Job Summary Implements strategy to support billing integrations with third party Over the Top (OTT) services on Xfinity X1, Xfinity Flex, and XClass TVs, including product management support for new launches and ongoing business partner management.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Support operational readiness for the launch and ongoing business partner management of billing-integrated OTT partners

Evaluate the end-to-end experience for each supported service to ensure customer needs are met, presenting recommendations to key internal stakeholders

Conduct industry analysis on billing and payment platforms, as related to OTT services

Participate in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content and features

Assist in the development of business requirements and supporting documentation to support new OTT partner use cases and reinforce a consistent, scalable billing platform

Work regularly with customer care,product and engineering,customer experience, finance,marketing, and deal teams

Work closely with data analyst on modeling revenue opportunities and measuring performance

Contributes to the product vision across the Xfinity and Xumo devices

Demonstrate excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and strategy

Consistent exercise of independent judgement and discretion in matters of significance

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Requirements:
Excel, PowerPoint experience

Strong data analysis and reasoning skills

Record of execution and delivery

Partner management experience

MBA preferred
