Responsibilities:
The HR Support Service trainer, will support the overall training strategy through research, assessment, development, delivery, facilitation, and tracking of training programs/materials.
Supports internal teams (HR Support Services and Transactions, EmployeeCentral Contact Center, Leave of Absence Contact Center and HR Technology and Reporting teams, etc.) who require new hire or ongoing training related to HR policies, systems and processes.
Supports external audiences which includes HR Operations teams within the divisions, Talent Acquisition, Managers, Employees, and other audiences as identified who require training related to HR policies, systems and processes.
Supports self service/direct access process documentation and Quick Reference Guides for all HR systems and processes.
Plays a hands-on and visible role during acquisitions to develop and deliver training to HR and Managers.
Additional responsibilities include project-related, service recovery-related and general communications to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition colleagues, Managers, Employees and Contact Centers.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Delivers training courses/programs, procedures and standards for multiple audiences regarding HR business process and utilization of associated tools and technologies. Modifies or creates new modules as business processes change.
Delivers training through various mediums (virtual and on site). This may require travel.
Serves as a subject matter expert and point-of-contact for HR Operations during system connect implementations. Translates current unconnected processes to connected best practices.
Responsible for the development, review, coordination, facilitation and delivery of all communications and general messaging to multiple audiences. Partners with HR Support Services and Technology work stream owners to ensure complete and accurate delivery of communications.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma required.
Two years of experience in Human Resources operations or formal or informal training required.
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning/training.
Must be able to show documentation samples (e.g. completed modulus, quick reference guides, course objectives, design approaches, content treatment, curriculum design, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills; communicates well with people at all levels.
Project team participation for implementations and enhancements.
Working knowledge of common HR concepts, practices and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or professional certification such as CPP, CEBS, PHR is preferred.
Professional training and/or certification such as CPLP, Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma, PMP and/or other industry recognized certifications are considered a plus, but not required.
Previous experience with Lawson or Infor preferred.
A compensation range of $56,000 – $74,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
