Inputs and transmits computer data via the AS 400 Mainframe and The Federal DCU System. Receipts in and performs case disposition of social security disability claims pending in the agency via the AS 400 Mainframe System. Performs related duties as required.
Responsible for the accurate receipt and closure of disability claims on both the IBM- (AS400) & Federal Computer Systems.
Responsible for providing switchboard coverage when needed.
Responsible for receipt of CDR claims on an as-needed basis.
Adds a “Note” on the examiner worksheet when a prior paper folder is received for a CDR claim.
Performs special job duties on an as needed basis assigned by EDP Entry Systems Supervisor.
Responsible for submitting the DIODS report on a bi-weekly basis and resolving any “dangling DIODS” cases.
Performs related job duties as required.
