Commonwealth of PA Hiring for Advertising Manager (Lottery Specialist ) at Pennsylvania Full Time

The Advertising Manager supports the Deputy Marketing Director within the Marketing division in planning, developing and implementing marketing and advertising initiatives for the PA Lottery. Position interacts with a wide variety of internal Lottery departments as well as the current advertising agency of record (hereafter referred to as the AOR) for the Lottery.

• Full-time employment.
• Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• 
  Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg or Pittsburgh.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Seven years of experience managing a retail business, servicing retail sales accounts, or marketing products to retail accounts, which includes advertising, marketing communications, product research, or promotion; or
• Three years of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, data science, economics, or a related field; or
• One year as a Lottery Specialist 2 (commonwealth title).

Additional Requirement:

• Professional experience and/or a degree in marketing and advertising, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

• Experience working for or with an advertising agency
