DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Clerical Assistant 2 for the UC Board of Review (UCBR) Central Office, you will help in processing both first-level and second-level UC appeals. Your duties will include; Type various documents, follow oral & written instructions, understanding written correspondence, ensure deadlines are met, prioritize work, file case files, proofread work for accuracy, enter data into computer, provide quality customer service, and operate various office machines.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.
Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 3 days a week after the successful completion of the training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1; or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
You must pass the test to meet the Minimum Experience and Training Requirements.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
