About this role: The HR Compensation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Compensation Analyst with compensation research, analysis, implementation, and evaluation. This position works closely with the Compensation Analyst as well as other Departments to gather data, and deliverables necessary.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides compensation policy guidance and interpretation where appropriate
Collects and analyzes data on the organization’s current fixed and variable pay plans; participates in evaluation and monitoring of the organization’s plans
Collects and analyzes compensation market data for fixed and variable pay programs
Interviews managers, supervisors, and other leadership staff to gather anecdotal data on the effectiveness of current compensation practices; gathers their suggestions and recommendations for changes and updates
Researches compensation strategies and goals
Conducts periodic assessments of fixed and variable pay plans
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
General understanding of compensation strategies and programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
