Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent to the organization based on industry standards and the needs of the organization
Collaborates with management to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and job posting criteria
Actively sources and recruits talent by using all available systems and promotes opportunities through social media
Manages the applicant tracking system, screens applications, schedules and conducts interviews and manages the hiring and onboarding process
Ensures effective and timely communication with applicants during the hiring process
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and company policies
Represents the company in a variety of forums and effectively promotes the company’s brand and values
Ensures new talent hires complete all required onboarding processes
Assist in the development, implementation and management of employee-engagement programs
Provides consultation to management on employee relations and performance management
Reviews and completes all employment actions timely
Maintains accurate and up-to-date employment records
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related field or three years of Human Resources experience preferred
Prior experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Experience with various selection processes (hiring events, phone interviewing, and other sourcing efforts)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products
Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal form
Ability to partner with others and work in a team environment
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
