POSITION SUMMARY:
Due to ongoing expansion of our services, we are significantly expanding our workforce to meet the diverse needs of our community. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to assist Community Health in workforce development, growth and employee engagement.
The Human Resources Business Partner will develop and implement HR strategies that are compliant with state and federal laws and aligned with Community Health’s overall strategic business goals and objectives. In collaboration with stakeholders, will develop programs, policies, and processes to support a positive, engaged workforce that emphasizes empowerment, opportunities for growth, recognition, inclusion, and teamwork.
The HR Business Partner must be knowledgeable in a range of HR functions including Performance Management, Recruitment and Onboarding, Workforce Planning, Benefits and Compensation, Training & Development, Policies & Procedures, Safety & Compliance, Employment Relations and Rewards & Recognition Programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in HR management, business administration or related field.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles within fast-paced and matrix organizations
Demonstrated progressive experience leading and developing high performing teams, successfully motivating and influencing the work of others
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
HR Certification preferred
