Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, performs an extensive variety of secretarial and support duties for the Human Resources Department. Duties include but not limited to: assisting applicants with the on-line application system and maintaining the Job Application Kiosk. Responsible for support duties to the staff including conducting references, copying, filing, file preparation; maintaining accurate record keeping and notification requirements of Hepatitis B series, TB and Physicals in the Training system; maintaining the driving record database, process the electronic personnel record filing system. Serves as back-up to the HR Secretary. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the department in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures. Conditional Employment Requirements: Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a Michigan State Police Clearance check. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Salary/Hours: $19.10 to $20.20 per hour. Full-time, Monday through Friday. In office work, option for some hybrid work after probationary period of 90 days.
