Complete Companion Care, LLC. a licensed home care agency, now in our 10th year of operation, is seeking an motivated and personable Staff Recruiter for 5 CNY Counties. This is a full time Monday – Friday position with very limited weekend assignments on a rare as needed basis.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to cover field appointments
Excellent written, communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently; detail oriented with ability to prioritize and follow up
Previous HR, compliance or recruiting preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
This position will include both in-office and field duties
Recruit HHA’s (home health aides) and PCA’s (personal care aides) throughout Oneida, Onondaga, Madison, Herkimer and Chenango Counties. Manage client referrals in conjunction with staff hiring.
Attend job fairs and present employment opportunities to the general population
Maintain personnel files in compliance with NYS DOH regulations
Perform all functions related to the hiring process from interview, up to and including orientation, in addition to client matching and initial scheduling.
Build and maintain relationships within the community to develop referral sources
