Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of progressive human resources experience in a manufacturing environment (hi-tech sector preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor laws
HR Certification is a plus
Must have strong recruitment capabilities ideally in a manufacturing environment (semiconductor preferred)
Preferred experience working for a multinational/global organization
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to work well independently and proactively
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to support a multi-shift manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across multiple levels and disciplines in the organization
Strong focus on execution and high-quality output with strong attention to detail
