CompTIA Hiring for Human Resources – Senior HR Generalist at Remote Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for working with HR team to deploy a fully integrated People strategy, from acquisition to exit; serve as the face of HR to key department clients within the business strong focus on Employee Relations, Recruitment, Onboarding and Talent Management, with an eye to ensuring support across a host of key, critical roles.
• Execute against a recruitment strategy including sourcing, marketing, screening, and assessment. Partner with the Hiring Managers for full cycle recruiting from intake to hire while building the brand of our organization as a great place to work
• Continually assess the interview approach for consistency and to reduce bias with our commitment to DEI to ensure we have a diverse applicant pipeline
• Prepare employees for success in their new role, from pre-day one, by establishing manager best practices and conducting orientation and onboarding programs; help capture hearts and minds; serve as a Cultural Ambassador
• Act as key player in our OKR goal setting process as well as our annual and mid-year check-in process to drive a continuous performance management program, as well as other Reward & Recognition programs
• Work with managers to make coaching and development of employees a daily activity; develop and deliver foundational management training programs created by Talent Management
• Serve as a fairness advocate, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counsel employees and supervisors
• Conducts and analyzes exit interviews information to identify trends and opportunities; recommends changes and improvements to existing processes
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource
• Federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings, if required
• Mentor and coach other junior members of the HR team across diverse areas of HT to build competencies and build bench of talent.

Success Profile

• 6-8 years of experience in human resources with excellent understanding of HR systems
• A strong bias to action and an operational mindset with the ability to work efficiently and resourcefully in a hands-on fluid environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding active listening skills with ability to lead with influence and humility
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization and leads with curiosity and coach approach
• Makes sound judgements on day-to-day responsibilities as well as delicate matters
