Position Summary: In support of the Concentra Compensation program the Compensation Analyst participates in job design, position leveling, and market pricing to evaluate positions within the internal organizational structure. This analytical position serves in a consultant capacity to leaders across the company on issues of internal equity, external competitiveness and legal compliance of the organization’s pay practices.
