Qualifications necessary but not limited to:
training a team of phone pro’s
managing all online 3rd party vendors
ability to analyze stats, data and trends to grow set/show/sold’s
monster on the phone.
process driven and ability to hold a staff accountable to key KPI’s
CDK, Eleads, AutoAlert, Vauto, DialPad knowledge is a must
if you have a proven successful process and track record of growing a BDC/Internet department at a store or cooperate level we need to talk.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
