We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist for a growing manufacturer in the Decatur/Hartselle Alabama area.

The HR Generalist provides human resources services, programs, and policies that attract, retain, train, and develop qualified teammates for the successful operation of the organization and meet the future needs of the organization.

As part of the HR team, the HR Generalist will have primary oversight of the HRIS system, which will include creating new job requisitions, adding new hires, reconciling timecards for payroll, making changes within the system, and assisting with the payroll process. The HR Generalist will also assist with the recruiting process and manage other HR projects, as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. (or 4 additional years of work experience)
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience
• Recruiting experience
• ADP Workday experience

Preferences:

• Manufacturing or multi-site / multi-shift experience
• HR Certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
