Maintains the medical records area, which includes sorting and filing. Responsible for reviewing each chart for accuracy and completeness. Obtaining missing signatures, reports and other documents within a timely manner. Scanning and verifying charts prior to record destruction. Additional duties would include maintaining and ordering office supplies. Would serve as back-up to other business office tasks/positions as needed. Ability to work as a team member and be flexible, reliable, productive and self-motivated. Two years previous experience preferred. Must have great communication skills. Bilingual helpful but not required.
