Our client, a national leading healthcare organization, is looking for a Director of National Clinical Recruiting, which can be based anywhere in the US! Note: Healthcare, and specifically nurse recruiting strategies is a must have in order to be considered for this role. Candidate MUST have national recruiting experience in a leadership role.

This job is for you if you have successful experience with:

• Strategies, systems, processes, initiatives, and metrics,
• Clinical position recruiting strategies, with an emphasis on nursing,
• Leading a national organization of recruiting leaders who in turn lead large-scale regional recruiting functions.

This role will be targeted as a successor to the Vice President within twelve months of hire.

This position is responsible for:

• Driving the recruiting strategy and initiatives that result in the achievement of recruiting outcomes
• Integrating with Field HR leads on enterprise-wide workforce planning
• Monitoring the delivery of enterprise-wide Service Level Agreements with executives
• Leading, managing, and coaching all direct reports to ensure their development, create bench-strength
• Ensuring high performance and results
• Conducting research and benchmarking to stay abreast of changes in best practices.
• Implementing beneficial changes in processes and practices as a result

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or other closely related field. Master’s Degree preferred
• Six (6) years’ experience in human resources management, with some experience of which must have been in a field capacity
• Three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory position; or an equivalent combination of related training and experience
• SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully
• Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
