Project Manager
Summary
GigaMonster Networks is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team!
The Project Manager is an integral part of the construction team and will be responsible for planning and managing construction projects from start to finish. The incumbent will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure projects are completed in timely and efficient manner.
The Project Manager must work efficiently with all departments, including Engineering, Field Operations, Marketing and Finance.
The successful candidate will manage the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
· Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risks.
· Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients and engineers.
· Direct and oversee projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
· Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
· Prepare progress reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables for key stakeholders.
· Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s needs and wants are efficiently met.
· Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
· Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
· Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers and vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience4 years project management experience
· Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
· Familiarity with construction/ project management software
· Strong management and delegation capabilities
· Proven success working with all levels of management
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong presentation skills
· A team player with leadership abilities
· Telecommunications experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
