Your Job:
The Senior Manager, Human Resources is responsible for providing management and leadership regarding strategic direction and day-to-day operational activities. The position seeks to develop a highly engaged staff that is challenged and aligned with the organization’s vision, mission and values. The successful incumbent will provide full life-cycle HR support including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits administration, performance management administration, management of the organization’s policies and procedures and ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
This critical role will drive the strategic human capital initiatives in the areas of change management, cultural alignment, employee engagement, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, high-potential employee management, leadership and staff development, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation management and talent analytics. This is a senior level human resources position that will serve as a trusted confidant to leadership, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
This position is very hands on and requires someone who is self-motivated and works well in a team environment. S/he must be able to interact with and influence management and contributors at all levels of the organization.

· Expert administrative skills including proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Familiarity with HR management systems applications (i.e., ADP)
· Certification in Human Resources or related discipline; HRCI PHR or SPHR preferred

· Development of the next generation of leaders of the business, making creative suggestions for developmental assignments of high-potential employees to ensure a succession plan is always in place for critical roles.
· In alignment with executive leadership, support focusing of the organizational structure on strategic objectives, driving alignment of accountabilities as necessary.
· Supportive and collaborative leadership in all facets of developing appropriate human resources plans in support of key organizational needs in a dynamic, changing environment, through the use of excellent analytical and people development skills.
