Who are we? We are an innovative growing Traffic Operations Speciality Company.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee a construction company’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business. You will report directly to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and manage 65 employees. You need excellent people skills, business acumen, and the ability to work with diverse workforce.

The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily traffic control operations of the company

• Manage field work and assign laborers to appropriate projects/ review timecards / invoices as needed
• Manage engineers who are drafting traffic control plans
• Manage registration and printing for no parks signs and permits for project’s
• Manage sign making support for new Alum or vinyl signs to be made for clients or projects
• Reviewing contracts and scanning contracts/ project support
• Perform special projects and assignments and other duties as necessary and requested

• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the CEO
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, organic growth)
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
• Understanding of construction energy
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• MS/MBA is a plus

Salary: $135,000.00 – $200,000.00 ++
