The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day management of operations team within their assigned market, hitting inventory management goals and KPIs. These responsibilities include but are not limited to hiring OPS team members, onboarding new hires, managing inventory within warehouses, managing delivery driving team, KPI management, and have a strong relationship with key decision makers.
Candidate should be outgoing, have previous management experience, fleet management, warehouse management experience, diligent, strong work ethic, self-motivated and strong leadership.
