What we do.
Connected Health Care is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting company. Since our founding in the beginning of the year, we’ve already helped 40+ companies across the healthcare space hire full-time employees, and our clients range from fortune 500 Hospital Systems to 8-bed Critical-Access Hospitals!

The team.
We are a young, close-knit team of 8+ employees and growing quickly! We are driven to help people, love traveling, are financially motivated, enjoy the outdoors, & live music (hence, Austin, TX). We understand that a healthy work-life balance is key in fulfilling career and personal life, so while we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We have recently seen a sharp increase in healthcare candidates looking for full-time positions. This partly due to the slow of the pandemic and workers looking to get back into more permanent roles vs travel roles. Therefore, we’re looking to hire additional help to source new clients to meet this demand among the candidate base.
Compensation.
We are looking for a motivated recruiter who’s driven by incentives. We offer a base salary however the compensation package is mostly commission-based, uncapped, with our recruiters earning over six-figures on average.
Training.
Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the healthcare industry. We have a comprehensive training guide that walks you step-by-step what you need to know, and how to do the job. We also have multiple paid tools that allow you to work in the most efficient way possible.
Qualifications:
Recruiting is sales where the product is a job. So our team members are personable, comfortable talking to new people, and, above all, persistent.
Beyond personal traits, we have very few “make-or-break” criteria, but we do have preferences:
- At least 1 year of direct-hire recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
