Position Summary:
Reporting to the CT State Community College Director of Equity and Civil Rights, the Investigator & Compliance Specialist assists with managing the affirmative action plans, performing complex tasks and creating programs contributing to matters of equality, diversity, inclusion, affirmative action and equal employment opportunity for CT State Community College. In addition, the Investigator & Compliance Specialist serves as the primary accommodation contact for employee ADA accommodation requests.

Incumbents must possess proven ability to effectively work with a culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and student. They are expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong Information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, public administration, or a closely related field, with three (3) or more years of professional experience working as part of an Affirmative Action or Equal Employment Opportunity program.

Selection Procedure:
Following the closing date, application materials will be evaluated by a selection committee.
