Our Hoosier location in Lakeville, IN is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. This position will be a hybrid work structure with the potential to work remote up to 8 days per month.

THE POSITION

Responsibilities Include:

• To support Accounting at a transactional level, reporting and regular month closing operational tasks.
• To oversee and execute operational tasks of Accounts Payable, following and enforcing others to follow standard procedures.
• Managing vendor master specifically to Racers EDR’s for Contingencies/Point Funds/ Donations & Drug screens.
• Assisting Purchasing with items relating to workflow & payment blocking issues.
• Monitoring statements to avoid missed payments.
• Aid in tracking point fund payments.
• Assists in account reconciliation.
• Support on month and year closing tasks, using systems such as SAP and FIRE
• Generate monthly reporting for the Accounting Manager and CFO.
• Support as backup to other positions within Finance and Controlling.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree Finance/Accounting/Business or related degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MS Office Suite experience
