As we introduce new production lines in the next several months, the HRG will play a critical role in:
Driving the recruitment process – From strategy to onboarding and all the clerical work in between, this is the HRG’s priority.
Employee Engagement – On-the-floor presence is a must, building relationships and understanding the manufacturing process is essential to success on the job.
Supporting Employee and Food Safety – The HRG will provide administrative support for preventative management programs like Safety Sub Teams, and post-incident programs like worker’s compensation.
Partnering with the HR Manager on new benefit programs and lead the wellness team.
Other duties:
Coordinate with Corporate HR and Payroll to ensure HR and payroll documentation is timely and complete
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Coordinate employee events and recognition programs
Provide timely and accurate information to employees about company benefits, policies and other published HR guidelines
Participate in facilitating company training where applicable
Performs administrative duties such as HRIS and management reports, attendance and leave tracking, filing and employee communications.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience including non-exempt recruiting; experience within manufacturing a plus
Intermediate level of experience with both an HRIS and ATS is desired
HR certification through SHRM or HRCI a plus.
