The Human Resources & Recruiting Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership team.The Manager is responsible for creating and establishing a human resources department through the design, development, and management of the company’s HR processes and procedures, and talent acquisition efforts. He/She will be responsible for employee relations, retention, full life cycle recruiting, training, onboarding, engagement, compensation, safety and performance management. Through influence and partnership, the manager will coach internal stakeholders on best practices to attract, develop, and retain talent. The manager must present an organized, thoughtful and efficient approach to managing the team while reporting progress back to the business leadership. We are seeking a highly engaged leader, that can thrive in a fast-paced business and can help us drive performance through human capital management.
