Responsibilities:
Payroll Responsibilities include:
Match vendor invoices w/ PO
Data entry of AP invoices
Process vendor payment via check, ACH, vendor portal, etc.
Manage tax payments/returns
Keep track of credits from vendors
HR Responsibilities include:
Payroll Data Entry
Assist with new employee hiring, onboarding
Manage a number of HR administrative duties
Manage HR compliance (Healthcare, DOT, 401k etc.)
Track employee time off
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in accounts payable and HR related duties
Knowledge of accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to handle information confidentially
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Quick Books is helpful
Experience meeting regular deadlines
