Supply Chain Associate

We are currently seeking to fill the role of Supply Chain Associate. Essential functions will be:

• Assisting Sales & Purchasing departments with monitoring order fulfillment.
• Weekly inventory cycle counts including reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory on an item level to change or cancel orders, reduce excess inventory, and resolve aging inventory.
• Miscellaneous filing of documents as needed.
• Provides shipping & production status to customer and maintains information in ERP.
• Participate in Bi-annual physical inventory.
• Maintains vendor relationships with professionalism.
• Assist in forecasting inventory and creating purchase orders for material to vendors.
• Assist in researching and resolving all logistic related issues.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

Must have minimum of 2 years warehousing/inventory Management Experience

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Required

Intermediate experience using Word, Excel

Organizational Skills – the ability to efficiently manage your time, work lead and resources to meet department objectives.

Detail Orientated – demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy. Defines and organizes tasks, responsibilities, and priorities. Takes responsibility for timely completion.

Work Environment:

Monday through Friday

8:00am to 5:00pm

Time spent at desk. standing and walking around the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22-24 per hour
