We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This position will support our North American team and have collaboration with our Global HR team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing tactical Human Resource support to employees, supervisors, and managers. This position is responsible for being the first-line point of contact to support the delivery of Human Resources solutions by partnering with all other functions within Human Resources.

THE ROLE:
Assist with administration of companywide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements
Coordinate hiring processes, including but not limited to conducting background and reference checks, issuing pre-employment paperwork, and account creation
Coordinates and/or conducts employee relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, new employee orientation
Conducts exit interviews with employees; communicates findings to management
Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
Maintains and periodically audits employee personnel files, databases, and other employee records.
Responds to inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies, procedures, and programs
Identifies potential employee relations issues and makes recommendations to HR Leader
Assists in administration of other HR related matters having to do with the employee lifecycle
Performs other related duties as assigned
YOU:
2-3 years’ relevant experience
HR experience in a public company
Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
Proficient skill level using MS Word, PowerPoint
Advanced skill using Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of employment law
