What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the Production and Maintenance departments at the Port Neches facility.
- Participate in the day-to-day operation of the plant.
- Provide direction to meet or exceed Safety, Environmental, and Production goals.
- Drive continuous improvement of Calabrian’s SHE and manufacturing performance.
Experience You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemical Engineering preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Relevant experience in sulfur derivatives such as sulfuric acid, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfonation processes, Claus processes, and related industry such as chemical manufacturing, mining, water treatment, etc.
- At least 3 years of supervisory management experience in plant operations.
- Availability to provide support for a facility operating 24/7/365, including weekends and holidays and to provide scheduled periodic and occasional on-call support.
