CORT is seeking a junior recruiter to assist with high-volume recruiting/screening for non-exempt roles such as drivers, warehouse associates, and retail sales associates across multiple states.
Location: This will be a remote position, performed from your home-office.
Pay: Salary will range from $45,000-$55,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for a high volume of non-exempt roles across the country, which will include:
Managing requisitions in our applicant tracking system: iCIMS
Reviewing resumes, contacting candidates, conducting phone screens
Scheduling interviews, sending behavioral assessments, managing application documents
Serving as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews
Working with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
Developing strong relationships and partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders and HR
Working closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
Using our CRM system to build pipelines of candidates for non-exempt roles and contact potential candidates as we have new job openings
Qualifications:
You’re a Top Contender if
You at least 1 year of experience recruiting, screening, or interviewing candidates
You have a sales-mindset with the ability to “sell” our company to prospective candidates and regularly follow up to keep the hiring process on track
You have excellent inter-personal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
You demonstrate strong organizational skills
You have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
You have experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred), or a CRM such as Salesforce
