This HR Administrator is the main point of contact between the client and our internal team. They will communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about recruitment efforts and placements. They will maintain account documentation such as new hire paperwork, performance reviews, and data around attendance and candidate retention. One key responsibility is oversight on all compliance of the account to ensure all staffing efforts aligned with the staffing program in place. The HR Administrator needs to have strong communication skills, including good listening and speaking skills, to communicate with employees about sensitive matters. Must also have good writing skills to organize information efficiently.
