Cortex is hiring a full-time Nurse Job Navigator/Recruiter to build relationships with customers and match qualified candidates to our partners locations. The ideal Job Recruiter candidate will have excellent communication skills, upbeat personality and is result driven.
This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated independent and effective time-management skills, and an enthusiastic attitude.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and build customer relationships
- Manage customer staffing needs
- Find & match qualified candidates with healthcare positions
- Conduct phone calls, emails, and texts
- Attend Kick off calls with new customers
- Be friendly, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and empathetic in your professional communication
- Make multiple outreach attempts daily to candidates
- Achieve, or exceed, weekly and monthly metrics
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in recruiting not required, but a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respond and adapt quickly to candidate and customer needs
- Positive attitude and ability to work well on a tight-knit team
- Possess a go-getter attitude! You strive to turn any “No!” you get into a “Yes!”
- Comfortable with the fast-changing environment of a high-growth tech company
- Proficient Computer Skills
- RN preferred
PAY: $50,000 + commissions ($65,000 OTE)
ABOUT CORTEX: Cortex is driven to assist post-acute providers in their mission to care for patients. Founded in 2015, we were originally known for making follow-up calls to patients after discharge from the hospital. Since that time we have become a full-featured software platform for post-acute providers, sitting alongside the electronic health records system to generate opportunities for positive healthcare outcomes.
