Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
* Utilizing resources to identify qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques including, but not limited to, Boolean searches, cold calling, referrals, past applicants, etc
* Works closely with the Talent Acquisition team members to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top talent for existing openings and future needs
* Assists with updating job postings and maintaining candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System, UltiPro)
* Creates and sends recruitment email communications to prospective candidates
* Develops and maintains talent pipelines for current and future hires
* Performs other duties, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful recruiting experience utilizing various sourcing strategies including but not limited to LinkedIn, referral generation, social media campaigns and building a network within the targeted professional community
* 2 or more years of in depth sourcing within technology, nursing fields or other complex roles
* Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
* Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to provide superior service to internal and external stakeholders
