Recruiting is for sales agents, mortgage loans officers, realtors, salespeople, and telemarketing.
Compensation:
$30,000 – $50,000 plus commission
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Recruit for open positions; represent the Organization at job fairs and other community events.
Perform a needs analysis of regional staffing needs, and maintain consistent communication with the management team on the status of job vacancies and department needs.
Responsible for hiring qualified talent into the organization.
Ensure that all recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing offers successfully, onboarding process) are achieved within the determined timeline and are in compliance with federal, state, and/or local employment laws.
Administer all pre-employment screenings including but not limited to references, math assessments, driving history checks, background checks, and drug tests of all new hires in assigned area, as applicable.
Work in collaboration with other Missions Employment Specialists to ensure consistency in the organization’s recruitment and selection process.
Accurate completion of recruitment reporting in a timely manner, e.g. weekly metrics.
