This position will focus on general HR-related tasks and the implementation and administration of our benefit programs. This role will also serve as primary backup for payroll processing. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about HR, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Spark Dental Management is a multi-specialty Dental Support Organization dedicated to providing the highest level of business and operational support to our affiliated locations, allowing our dental care teams to focus on patient-centered care. Responsibilities include:
Compliance with state and federal regulations in relation to benefits administration.
Provide benefit orientation and training for new hires.
Maintain records related to company benefit plans and compliance.
Administer medical, dental, flexible spending, etc. benefit programs.
Answer benefit related questions from new and current employees regarding eligibility or other issues.
Educate employees on all benefit plans, policies, and procedures.
Facilitate new employee onboarding following standard procedures.
FMLA, STD, and WC tracking.
Create and maintain new and current employee files.
Serve as primary backup for payroll processing.
Filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
