Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Sr. Sales Enablement Analyst to join our team in Atlanta or remote.
Your Role:
As the Sr. Sales Enablement Analyst you will execute on the strategy for Tier 2 sales enablement tools at Cox Automotive and lead optimization for various Sales Enablement tools. You will specifically be responsible for tool utilization, managing tool initiatives and use cases with a focus on ROI and seller experience. Additionally, you will work to reduce redundancies in specific tools across CAI, enabling an enterprise approach for usage, support, training, etc.
Some of your-day to-day responsibilities will include:
Develop usage and utilization strategy for CAI sales enablement tools
Project manage, create, and execute tool optimization plan for existing sales enablement tools, including any change management/ deployment details
Partner directly with 3rd party sales tool vendors to drive CAI needed enhancements, maintain awareness to manage new releases and/or functionality, and develop tool roadmaps focused on improving adoption.
Research and recommend new tools for exploration to ensure sales enablement capabilities and/or tools are aligned to industry/best in class
Act as an advisor to peers, sales team members and other stakeholders as needed to resolve technical problems related to the highest priority sales tools
Define and document use cases for priority tools; partner with Training and Effectiveness to ensure sales teams are trained/coached for most effective usage
Partner with business owners for Tier 2 sales enablement tools (SF Maps, BombBomb, WalkMe, etc.)
Identify gaps in adoption and usage in Tier 2 sales enablement tools and make recommendations to improve
Drive increased adoption and utilization of Tier 2 sales enablement tools and decreasing of rep onboarding time
Partner closely with peers to influence/recommend one vision for how technology converges to enable the seller experience
Point of contact for contract renewals

Required:
Bachelors Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a sales/business operations role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
2+ years leading enterprise-level projects and/or strategy in a highly complex sales/sales operations environment
Ability to think broadly across multiple business lines
Familiarity with various sales enablement tools
Knowledge of existing CAI sales processes and sales team structure/organization
Excellent presentation skills: strong skill in effective communication with all levels of leadership
Ability to create executive-level documentation via MS suite
Proven skill in change management and problem solving
