The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization whose mission is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improve the quality of life for the children and adults affected by these diseases. Our work is dramatically accelerating the research process through our varied research initiatives; we also provide extensive educational and support resources for patients and their families, medical professionals, and the public. In addition, we lead federal and state-based advocacy campaigns to support medical research funding and improve patient access to care. Position Summary: *
At the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, we are on a mission to discover the top, diverse talent needed to drive our mission. The Talent Acquisition Manager will spearhead our talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for all stakeholders. This is a cross-functional, highly collaborative role that will require you to think strategically about sourcing hires, hiring efficiencies, hiring plans, employer branding, and data analytics.
This position is based in our NYC office. Currently, our staff is expected in the office two days each week and works remotely the remaining three days.
