This position would be responsible for multiple terminals in the South Region (Nebraska), which have terminal supervisors responsible for the day-to-day operations. The Operations Manager will oversee the recruiting, safety, quality, and productivity of the overall operations.
Qualified applicants will have the ability to familiarize themselves with the operation by means of building relationships with existing team members, observing current practices, and comprehending the broad view. In addition, gathering the information to identify areas of opportunity and ultimately lead the team to implement process change in a positive and cohesive manner. This may include but not limited to productivity of the operations and team members, Safety practices and procedures, enhancing customer needs, and maintaining profitable line of business.
Location: Omaha, NE or Grand Island, NE
Wage: $80,000/yr – $95,000/yr (Depends on Experience)

- Ability to work with a variety of team members. Develop talent and depth to enable growth and effective operation.

- Ensure optimal allocation of resources and equipment to minimize without impacting service.
