Job Description:
This position is located onsite in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
This role provides administrative support to some of the top leaders in Crowe’s Consulting Business Unit. The Consulting business unit is comprised of hundreds of people all over the world who deliver deeply specialized, high-value offerings in six primary industries: financial services, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, life sciences, and tech, media, and telecom. This unique position will be part of a highly innovative team and contribute to the strategic goals and practices within the Consulting business. This position requires extensive people, communication, organizational, technical and professional skills, plus the ability to manage competing priorities with a high level of focus on quality, accuracy and confidentiality in all work products and communications. Reports to the Business Support Admin Leader and is a member of the Global Services Team.
Support new processes and strategic projects through implementation including change adoption, learning new systems, and developing, editing, and formatting deliverables.
Provide executive support through managing multiple calendars, prioritizing appointments and meetings and coordinating travel as well as planning meetings, capturing insights and decisions, and developing and distributing materials.
Manage planning and preparations for virtual cross-functional meetings with multiple stakeholders including designing complex and creative agendas, presentations and materials.
Deliver compelling and clear communications by composing and formatting emails, letters and other deliverables.
Create written and spoken materials for partner and director external speaking engagements.
Bring a creative approach in digitally designing and architecting content for presentations, proposals and other deliverables.
Create and update spreadsheets, dashboards, and business reports including performing data analysis, summarizing trends and providing recommendations.
Research and document information using various Internet search engines and research sites.
Provide SharePoint site content management and administration.
Serve as a technology champion and early adopter to new applications, systems and work tools to provide feedback and assist clients in acclimating to the new technologies.
Facilitate invoices through accounts payable process.
Evaluate and encourage process improvement to provide effectiveness and enhance service delivery.
Utilize tracking systems to ensure all time and materials are recorded, project work is prepared and tracked, and project instructions and client interactions are fully documented.
Qualifications:
Seven years of administrative experience supporting partners and directors in a professional services and/or consulting firm environment is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, organizational development or related field.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, Outlook and web-based applications are required with PowerBI preferred. Excellent working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and Concur.
Working knowledge of using graphics, and ability to bring thought leadership and creativity to the content and design of presentations and materials.
Experience producing web meetings and using meeting technology including audio visual equipment, industry software and web and video conferencing is required.
Highly effective presentation and business writing skills including composition, proofing and grammar.
Executive professional presence and exceptional client service skills, exercising a high level of confidentiality in all work products and communications.
Innovative and creative with highly effective consulting skills to understand client business needs and recommend and implement solutions.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, time management and analytical skills.
Strategic, design-minded, innovative thinking and business acumen skills.
Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and/or external to the organization.

Ability to guide or assist clients on use of software, tools and processes, including leveraging technology to solve business problems.
Ability to understand and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by Crowe LLP, including brand standards and guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
Able to work onsite on a daily basis.
Flexible hours and overtime based upon project work and peak busy times. Estimate an annual average of up to 5% overtime.
Some potential travel associated with learning courses and annual business group meeting.
