The Company has a low-decline legacy production base with development opportunities across its 1,200,000 net acre position. Crowheart is privately held and governed by long-term energy industry investors.
Position Summary:
Crowheart Energy is looking for an Operations Engineering Tech to join our team. This role will support Crowheart Energy Operations and have exposure to many functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for database management, data mining and analytics.
Job Duties Responsibilities:
Support drilling, completions, and workover activities
Prepare, track and upload AFE’s
WellView database management and ensure data quality
Provide support and training to field employees to ensure accurate data entry
Track and maintain field operations data
Maintain operation files, retrieve data for analysis, and review daily s
Work in conjunction with accounting and regulatory to provide requested information
Manage multiple tasks, evaluate, and change priorities
Data scrubbing and utilizing limited resources to a maximum capacity
Collaborate to construct and manage processes
Some travel to the field office
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting drilling, completion and workover operations
- Experience in Peloton, WellView and AdminView
- Skilled with P2 AFE, OpenInvoice and Microsoft Office Suite including proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Must have a strong work ethic and possess excellent teamwork, planning, and organizational skills
