We are excited and looking to hire an HR Recruiting Specialist for our fast paced & growing

Crumbl Gourmet Cookie stores in the Newnan & Peachtree City GA area!!

We are an exciting, fresh, and growing company with a passionate Culture for Excellence!

Operating hours are Monday-Thursday 8AM-10PM, Friday-Saturday 8AM-12AM,

Closed Sunday.

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven HR Recruiting Specialist. Our company is expanding, and this critical role is needed right away!

Ideal candidate will be comfortable using MS Office, organized, basic office skills, a team player and be willing to cross train for all instore positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source employees, through resume data base and applicants.
• Schedule and interview potential candidates.
• Process & Onboard Employees for hire
• Distribute uniforms, paperwork, and all other necessary aspects of hiring
• Update Management / Owners on pipeline progress and employee status.
• Participate in recruiting events.
• Post and edit job descriptions.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma
• Ability to shift priorities quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Human Resources or Recruiting is a huge plus!
• Ability to report to office Monday-Friday, day shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
