Job Summary
Responsible for the signal design and engineering of railroad signal system ensuring compliance with established CSX standards, adopted AREMA best practices, and all federal regulations. Duties include performing and reviewing wayside signal design, CADD, and software programming in support of overall engineering objectives. Additionally, support the continuous improvement of signal engineering and operations manual (EOM), signal design formats, software typicals, training to enhance signal engineering competencies, and support field maintenance personnel.
