CTDI is a rapidly growing family-owned corporation in the exciting telecommunications industry! Our state-of-the-art Albany, NY repair and logistics facility has over 300 employees and this key human resources partner will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations in this large, dynamic operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies and practices.
• Providing guidance regarding the interpretation and application of company policies to management and employees.
• Partnering with Operations management to grow and retain an excellent workforce.
• Recruiting and staffing including successful onboarding of employees and retention strategies.
• Training and development.
• Assisting with health and benefit plan questions/issues.
• Employee payroll reconciliation.
• Coordinating employee events.
• Assisting with the safety and security functions.

Required Experience

• Bachelor”s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years professional Human Resources generalist experience, preferably in a production environment with an emphasis on employee relations.
• Thorough knowledge of employment law and the principles and practices of effective Human Resources management.
