Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is has created a part or full time Human Resources Assistant opportunity at our administrative office in Avon, Indiana.
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Generalist, the HR Student Intern will assist the HR department with data entry, document scanning and retention, and various projects. The HR Student Intern is a temporary placement. The student will complete onsite training, to include HIPAA and other standard training required by accrediting and governing agencies, for anyone who has access to Paycom, and Personnel files. The student will only have physical access to the HR office located at 5055 E US Hwy 36, Avon, IN. The student will access Paycom documents, and HR efiles through a desk top terminal located at the HR office.
Essential Functions:
Other duties may be assigned. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position.
Additional Responsibilities:
Will assist with other appropriate duties as determined necessary and/or assigned by HR department.
Training and Development:
Participates in continuing education programs and in-service training on request or in conjunction with developmental and training goals or as deemed appropriate to increase personal and professional effectiveness and improve the service quality provided to our organization. Education and/or Experience:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience with Microsoft office and Outlook email system.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Entry level knowledge of data entry, Microsoft office systems, using a scan/copier machine. Ability to be trained for the completion of projects and understanding of expectations.
