Senior Manager, Launch Operations Job Description

The Launch team roadmaps, guides, and improves our launch process. We’re looking for folks to join the team to build our launch strategy, improve efficiency, expand our geographical coverage and meet the needs and demands of our customers!

Responsibilities:

• Develop a methodology to identify, prioritize and roll out new cities to expand our geographical coverage
• Build processes to efficiently launch new cities by ensuring that milestones are met
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders and senior business leaders to ensure successful launch
• Oversee daily operations and tweak processes to scale the business
• Develop KPIs and analyze data to ensure we are meeting business objectives
• Build, supervise, lead, and develop a diverse team of Delivery Operations
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Strategy or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, Growth Marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of leading revenue-driving initiatives and teams, working cross-functionally, and succeeding in a team environment
• Ability to project manage across multiple workstreams and influence cross-functional partners at all levels within an organization
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing and leading teams is an asset
• Self-starter and comfortable working in an evolving work environment
• Previous start-up experience preferred
