As part of the Sales Enablement team, this position will work with Sales and Account Management teams to identify key messages and content for winning new and existing business opportunities and competing effectively against other bidders; draft and refine presentations, playbooks, placemats, flyers and other content to be used during meetings or other sales activities; owner of Group Retiree marketing proof points and statistics; position will also support Group Retiree marketing projects as needed
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
Excellent written/verbal communications skills and passion for serving and understanding internal and external customers
Detail-oriented project management skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, building relationships with varying levels of the organization
Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to partner with sales and account management team as necessary
Proactivity in meeting challenges with resourcefulness, critical thinking, and innovative approaches, while maintaining a high level of quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstration of high levels of teamwork, collaboration and accountability
Ability to take the lead on projects with minimal supervision
Ability to present or speak to topics in internal meetings
Strong copywriting, editing and proof reading skills
