“Maintain a high level of understanding of DevOps technology, products, services, and customer use cases. Continue to stay educated on new and emerging services.

“Verify ticket updates are promptly entered by developers and sponsors
“Coordinate with internal and external sponsors, and arrange calls and updates as necessary

“Update project tracking systems
“Document and update DevOps projects and provide updates to DevOps leadership and sponsors on a regular interval:
“Conduct sprint planning meetings
“Email updates to sponsors for reporting and to prepare for coming milestones
“Work with project intake and sponsors to ensure all requirements are understood and addressed by development
“Ensure timely entry of information into project plan, systems and databases
“Manage implementation intervals to ensure solutions are being processed and completed within acceptable time frames as set forth by management.
“Ensure that maintenance issues and defects are resolved in the most efficient manner possible.
“Make recommendations for improvement to project tracking software, development process or technical solutions as needed.
“Responsibility for configuration of project management software to improve project tracking, status communication and productivity.
“Creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports that track DevOps KPI metrics.
