What You Will Be Doing
The Vice President of Mortgage Compliance, Operations is responsible for ensuring the compliance by developing, evaluating, and improving the companys operational processes, procedures, and standards in both a leadership and supervisory capacity. They help Panorama to move fast compliantly and efficiently. The compliance team is invested in aligning and operationalizing compliance practices through a combination of training, responsive partnership, deep subject matter expertise, excellent customer service, and an adaptive approach to changing demographics, technologies, and industry needs. Using an active and practical approach, the VP of Compliance, Operations will lead the way toward developing fresh, best-in-class approaches to challenging compliance needs through the lens of mortgage operations.
