VP of Operations
Location: Newport Beach OR you can be remote as long as you’re no further away than 1-1.5 hrs drive or flight.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be part of the executive team building the future of our business and will be responsible for transforming the custmer experience for our 29 locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and coach the operations team and field supervisors and own employee retention plans
- Own reporting to company executives and investors
- Work closely with the CEO, President and COO
- Develop effective training programs for the team
- Manage budgets and review P&L statements
- Determine goals and create team accountability
- Develop a client focused culture to ensure phenomenal customer service across all our locations
- Own onboarding for new locations
- Evaluate and execute strategies to increase performance/revenew across all locations
- Travel as necessary to locations to ensure standards are being followed (mainly in CA)
What You Need for this Position
Strong background in operations for multi unit/location customer facing businesses (retail, hotels, restaurants etc…..) in addition to:
- Experience Interviewing And Hiring
- Leading, coaching and mentoring Ops teams
- Tech Savvy
- P&L analysis (nice to have NOT essential)
- Willing to travel to locations as needed
